Building capacity & community

Design capacity in an organization can be built on a spectrum from informal collaboration to co-design workshops, coaching and formal classroom instruction. Design methods like sketching, visual communication, constructive critique, and prototyping open up new ways of thinking and working, even for people who do not consider themselves “designers.”
