My design practice is rooted in qualitative research and uses my background in visual design to create space for multiple viewpoints, democratize insights, facilitate co-design, and make the invisible — strategy, relationships, complex systems — visible.

I am dedicated to designing inclusive public services and products with a systems-led perspective that includes designing both with the people who use and deliver them.
